NO ONE EVER WROTE A LOVE SONG FOR AN ACCOUNTANT

It only took one course in Accounting to make me decide to major in English Literature! Fortunately I don't remember the professor's name so I won't be sued fror libel when I tell you the course was boring, confusing, uninspired, tedious and way too long.

It's no surprise that most of us who end up in business (either as business owners, investors, entrepreneurs or working for a corporation) have no formal education in finanance or accounting. It's just too painful.

But that lack of education costs us dearly, both in mistakes made and opportunities lost....and that translates into lower profits, higher stress, missed promotions, deferred retirement and second rate colleges for our kids.
